At $37.00 an entree Nemo should be ashamed of themselves. Had we been from Omaha instead of Manhattan and if our experience with seafood was limited to Mrs. Paul's frozen fish sticks we might have walked away thinking Hmmmm....it was expensive but the fish only smelled a little fishy. We complained and there was no apology and no compensation. Avoid this tourist trap!
This is our all time favorite restaurant. The tuna is to die for, (definitely the best tuna around). The sea bass and red snapper are delicious! Service is always good and the atmosphere is great under the lit tree in the outside patio.
Once a week our office tries a new restaurant in Miami. Nemo looked adorable from the outside. I cannot tell you enough times to stay away. The lobster cobb salad was fishy smelling (that means old), the salmon was not cooked and the dessert menu was nothing like the internet menu states. The service was absolutely the worst we have experienced on the beach. Our waitress did not come over once to ask if anything was ok, if we needed refills, if we wanted dessert or coffee. She spent the entire time talking to the chef. When I complained to the absent manager, he apologized but did not offer any compensation and yelled at the waitress in front of us. This brought glares from her. Restaurants like this give Miami Beach a bad name. The manager should be ashamed of himself. Avoid this restaurant.
