Feedback gevenMess up my order. It took 35 minutes to get 1 pizza and then they gave it to me as a dine in when I asked for take away. Very poor service. Never again
The order was incorrect, the restaurant was not clean, there was no air conditioning, and the cashier was unfriendly.
I originally wanted 1 pc chicken w/ rice , lasagna in a snack size then 1 pineapple drink, the cashier didn't understand what I said, she placed the order mistakenly. when I told her that I don't need 2 pineapple drinks, I requested a refund. she answered me sarcastically, even hesitated to process a refund because their managers were having a meeting at that time. the food was good it's just that you just need to train your employees very well, most of them don't know how to treat the customers right.
I ordered thru food panda and after 45mins there was no feedback. So I called their VP branch and they said that 1. Order got rejected because there was no house number. Ordered several times from other vendors and they had no problem contacting me or finding the house. 2. They said they called me 5x and I can't be contacted. That is impossible because after I complained they were able to call me again and again to explain. 3. They just told me that my area was not in their scope so they would refer me to another branch. Very unprofessional. How come Max's and other vendors were able to contact me. And now I said I want to cancel they keep harrassing me that they will deliver.
Bad service, please change your people in the counter
