Feedback gevenCoworkers tried to get me with the kiosk to order my food. manager said it was corporate policy not to take an order on the counter and refused to take my order on the counter. I have other mcds in this area trying to harass me to use the kiosk. oh and it is in the did not corporate policy, but it is their story, they say it.
Went through drive thru. Knowledgeable of order despite a few chaotic drivers. Handled a grumpy overbearing overdemanding person extremely well. Older man was extremely rude, yet staff was courteous at all times, tried hard to please him, still had him served, waited on multiple times, did whatever they could to make him happy, on his way in a timely manner. Very impressive. I would've lost patience, yet they helped him with a smile knowing he was just wrong rude! Kudos to the staff on this one Food was good too!
I really, really dislike the double drive thru. It seems it makes waits longer. Leads to confusion on orders and makes the drive thru experience worse.
Now you have to order inside by pressing your own buttons and then still have to pay at the desk. And the last time I was there I got two wrong things and not what I ordered and it's not the first time that's happened
Friendly staff and customers. My grandson was treated with a 4 piece chicken nuggets and a ice cream cone. Clean and food was hot and fresh.
