I need someone teach the guys how to do a french vanilla coffee. i buy the coffe and them I have to throw it away. everytime in just this store. and I can go back because its in my way to work.
Every morning starts with a cup of cold Maciato in this place.
These kids charged me 3dollars tip without consent. Drive through order was $7.51, some girl charged my card and the next day it posted for $10.57It’s only 3dollars but you shouldn’t be charging tips without asking first. I wonder how many ppl have they done this
I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to get it. This was my first time at the location. When I got my coffee, I thought the cup was kind of light. So, I opened it to look at it. All I saw was pure white foam. Once I tasted it, I realized it did not have any coffee in it. I was not upset because I know that mistakes happen, and that’s ok. So, I parked my car and went inside. As I was standing at the pick up counter, one of the staff members handed the young lady making the coffees a cup that looked like only cream and flavoring was in it. He asked “does this have any coffee?” She responded, “oh! I knew something looked different!”, and laughed. She then proceeded to add expresso to the drink. So, I got the young lady who was working the drive thru’s attention (she was very nice) and told her there was no coffee in my drink either. I said it nicely, and showed it to them. The young lady making the coffee quickly said, “There’s coffee in there.” Then she turned around and started completing another order. The young man looked at my drink, added some expresso to it and said, “there, that should be better.” I said thank you, took my drink and walked out. What I have a problem with is that sometimes, mistakes are made and we know it happens. But for the young lady to deny what I was saying, then turn around like I don’t exist, not even willing to fix her mistake….that’s a problem. If I were rude and acting crazy over a simplecup of coffee, that’s different. All I wanted was my coffee that i ordered and paid for. The service and willingness to assist customers, especially when YOU made a mistake, is super important. I know because I manage multiple stores. Please do better.
