I am very NOT Happy tonight. The one star rating is one star too many. I placed an order online at this store at 8pm, and paid for it including a tip. Here it is almost 11pm, and no pizza. I started calling at 10:30 and the phone just rings. I then replied to the email confirming the order and receipt of my payment in hopes of reaching someone, but to no avail. I guess that attribute the one star to the swiftness with which they charged my card.
They definitely had the pizzas on point eat happys be happy?
Second time writing this review because i’m guessing mr manager cal(vin) somehow deleted it. anyways, horrible service! manager was disgustingly rude, yelled at me and his employees in front of me and two other customers. said things like “you cant comprehend” and “you could’ve already been eating” when i asked for a refund because the food was taking long and i had to get back to school. i was told there was a no refund policy when i hadn't even gotten my food yet so i’m not sure how that makes sense. on top of that 2/3 of their employees didnt have gloves on. i was contemplating asking for a refund when i saw that but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured the guy who did have gloves on would make my food. this whole experience was very distasteful and i would not recommend anyone to eat at this location.
ORDERD MY FAVORITE PIZZA WITH PINEAPPLE ADDED& MILD AND HOT PEPPERS!!! ALWAYS DELICIOUS,,, MY FATHER LOVES THOSE RIB TIPS DINNER,, WORTH THE MONEY EVERY TIME
