Shake Shack Dedham

Don’t order a drink if you have a vertical ID. I am 22 and still have a vertical ID, but it’s been renewed therefore it’s a legal ID. They will not accept it. Also quite rude about it too. Also, they say they will bring your kiosk-ordered food to you and they don’t.

This place is pretty decent. The staff were nice. It's all self-serve meaning there's minimum contact with the staff. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

I loved how the opening shift team was communicating and working together. I loved the vocalization from each station, and also how Heather the manager was very proactive inside and out of the kitchen!

I love shake shack. The lady working April 1st 2024 at 730 pm was the best staff member I’ve ever encountered. The food was scrumptious. 10/10

Delicious burger…it was slightly burnt around the edges but still really good. Their milkshakes are amazing and fair sized for $6.50. Will definitely be back again soon.
