Never going back. Second time going, and second time having issues ordering.

I live close and get delivery. They have messed up almost every order but are the only KFC that delivers near me.Last time, for example, I asked for all dark meat and they hid white meat in the bottom of the bucket and put dark on top.This time I ordered dark and got a combo of dark and white meat. They forgot the fries and salad. I called the store 10 times and they won 't answer plus called KFC customer support and told them all this they can 't do anything and said I have to call the store (that I already told them won 't answer the phone)

I don't usually review fast food, but holy moly this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. They never have actual chicken ready and are very rude. I'm not sure how this particular branch stays in business based on the other reviews. Would it kill you to put napkins in the bag?
