Chick-fil-a - Deerfield

Today, the drive thru is so slow like always. I wish that it could go faster. It takes forever to order food and to pick up food if you have a mobile order. I am always on my lunch break and I am spending a lot of my lunch break in line. I think that the two lines one should be only for mobile order and one should be ordering on the menu. I do like eating the food here.

I ordered a gallon of sweet tea. not all the way full?!!!

Terrible service.Order taker placed my order incorrectly, no correction offered at pickup window by the manager .Did recieve a call back 2 days later with the same dialogue blaming me, no apology, they could care less about their regualr customers.Done with this location and any other Chick-fil-a franchise if this is how the care about their customers. And to top it off, the bare salad was wilted and contained no romaine lettuce.BYE BYE...

Bad service on front.No help at all.Received smashed french fries and they did not change or helped arguing order was started.

Well run, clean, top notch food and great service. Love this spot on the Deerfield/Northbrook boarder. Great location and you can never go wrong with their chicken sandwiches!
