Ruby's Dining Room - Deerwood

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The only positive was that we were seated right away since we had a reservation. However, it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order, so we decided to order our food at the same time. It took an hour for our meals to be served. The steak was overpriced for the quality we received. They also ran out of soup and potatoes without informing us. Our son didn’t receive his steak because they had run out, and we had to wait an hour for a replacement hamburger, which was dry, and fries, which were good. The service was extremely slow. The food was acceptable, but not worth the price or the long wait. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences our family has had.

Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken, so we decided to place our food order at the same time. After that, we waited an entire hour to be served. The steak was significantly overpriced for the quality we received. They also ran out of soup and mashed potatoes without informing us. To make matters worse, our son didn't receive his steak because they had run out of those as well. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for his substitute— a dry hamburger and some fries, which were decent. The service was incredibly slow. While the food was okay, it didn’t justify the prices or the long wait. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences our family has ever had.
