Eating is decent, but expensive. it is not a bad option if they travel on the autobahn and stop here. in comparison to other resting places and the unhealthy eating there, this is fresh eating where they are. can combine a healthy selection. some of the food is fairly overpriced and the staff is not very motivated, sometimes preferred to chat to serve customers.
The caffe is too small, filled with tables and chairs, in the upper floor the esszimmeraera is beautifully designed. coffee, smoothies, bakers and ice cream are delicious, but very expensive. the personal could often be overloaded when busloads arrive from tourist but nevertheless I like this...Restaurant
That is a street café on the a1. somehow it shows at the same time the best and worst of Swiss companies in the rule and Swiss restaurants especially. what is good: the service is friendly and really helpful; everything is well organized and efficient; and the ambiente is as pleasant...and aesthetically pleasant as possible in a street café. what is bad: as expected, eating is generally delicious, but nothing special. what is truly extraordinary is the tangible nature of the entrepreneur. who would think it appropriate to charge 4 chf for a 2.5 dl glass water, served by a soda fountain? or a child who had just eaten a meal in their restaurant 1 chf to use the toilet? both of these practices can be found in this Movenpick facility. if they want to eat a fresh and nutritious meal somewhere on the a1 after bern, this movenpick la marche fits the bill. but no matter how long they have lived in Switzerland, they can make use of the feeling and disappointed.
