Really friendly always like employees. I'll be back to breakfast. They can be really busy sometimes, but that's because they're good. Make sure you have time to save.

Love the samples. Delicious, wholesome breads and scrumptious scones!

However, I did have a disappointing experience with one of the employees, an older gentleman who usually wears a bandanna. He seemed frustrated with my order when I requested oat milk instead of the usual milk. He rolled his eyes at my request and mistakenly added hazelnuts instead of caramel. Additionally, my frappe wasn't properly mixed and tasted more like sweet milk than coffee, lacking the two shots of espresso as advertised. I didn't want to bring up my concerns directly since he seemed annoyed, so I'm sharing this review in hopes that the staff will receive some training on making this drink. Overall, this place deserves a 5-star rating 90% of the time!

I wish we could give both the Delafield and Oconomowoc Great Harvest 10 stars! We collaborated with these locations for all the baked goods, desserts, sweets, and wedding cakes for our wedding last November, and they were fantastic to work with. The staff was incredibly courteous, had brilliant ideas, and listened attentively to everything we requested. They executed every detail perfectly, and we would wholeheartedly recommend both locations! They ensured everything was in place and ready to go without a hitch, allowing us to enjoy the day stress-free. Our guests absolutely loved all the treats they provided, and we received compliments throughout the night! Thank you!

This is the best restaurant! They serve amazing bread and even better cinnamon rolls, along with excellent customer service. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I once reserved and paid for a product, but due to a mistake on their part, it was sold before I could pick it up. They made it right by offering me an equivalent product for free. I can't give this place anything less than five stars—it's truly fantastic!
