In the home town of Delingsdorf near Ahrensburg, the estate of clever farmers was expanded to restaurant, farm shop and business with all kinds of rural accessories. Parking and disabled access are sufficient. After almost 10 years a new visit to Glantz and Gloria. There's no longer a day of rest and the hustle was further professionalized. The prices have been added to the Hamburg city centre level in the gastronomy, but also with decent performance. If you get cake to take away in the Hofladen, you can leave 4,20€ for a strawberry cut. Who does and likes... The audience seems to arrive visually rather well maintained rurally active. The restaurant is bright and loud; the giant parking lot was almost completely occupied and other hosts met... Thus, the reservation via the homepage or the tool Opentable was certainly a correct move. The large, mostly younger service team perfectly organized, diligent and friendly. The table was booked and prepared, it was located in the large central area of the old farm hall. It is slightly quieter in the conservatory, on the veranda or in the extended guest area on the right, outer building side. The property is still well maintained and well in shot; the decoration and mood is somewhat lower in the sometimes tightened furniture and due to the operation ladder. We also wanted Spargel à la Carte the service greeted us routined and asked for a short time drinks and enough the card. Rather clearly some regional rustic dishes, salads and asparagus with several possible supplements, the serving of asparagus with butter sauce, Hollandaise and potatoes starts at 19,90€. With the best supplement to a Rumpsteak you will get 37,50€. What was drunk: There seems to be only bottle beer but the decent BIO from regional craft breweries the councillor Pale Ale 0.33l (approximately 3,80€ tasty and juicy. 0.2l quality wine neat from 6.50€ upwards; Alcohol-free in the normal range and snippets from €2.50. What has been eaten: asparagus with potatoes, Hollandaise and butter 19,90€, in addition 1x with ham 24,90€ or chicken breast 25,50€. Advantage: The asparagus can be ordered normal, soft and resistant to bites. According to the advice of the waitress is normally by no means crunchy or fiery. From the open-plan kitchen we got our food under load after just 40min in a closed action of several operators; Amuse or somewhat negative. Pleasant plate dishes with a good portion of vivid, thick asparagus bars, a hamboard with approx. 4 5 slices of cat ham and 2 larger sauces with butter and Hollandaise; Pepper and salt mill were covered. The chicken breast was clear, but naturally freshly roasted and had a great taste! The asparagus was very good; tasty classic with minimal bite and up to a few poorly peeled exceptions butterfly. Slighter tasted than the last visit, so we hurried a little bit. A little more salt, sugar and lemon in broth would have been perfect. The ham also of good quality; smokey and sustainable spicy grow soft. Potatoes all around delicious. The sauce pads offered a clear gold clarified butter and a bright Hollandaise distinctly finer and less pampy than the Tetrapak variant presumed before a decade. In combination with potatoes or asparagus really delicious! Constantly solid made, plentiful food with event factor and much to look. Perfectly commercially organized. If you have to like who likes it more individual/restraint, you should prefer an alternative at least on weekends.
