I had the steak! we heard how the steak in moo. one of the best new york I've ever tried. no sweat. steak fries on point.
I had lunch on Friday at fly bird and every time I go, I am blown away more with every menu item I try! The huh is of course from this world, but this time I tried the cream spinat! the best I ever had! the beets are also one of my favorites! absolutely must visit flybird in delray. the owner and chef michael is amazing!
I took my parents to lunch yesterday. we were blown away from eating! my mother (which is hard to impress) freaked out about her crispy chicken sandwich, it's the best she ever had. my father had the chicken grill sandwich and a keks- he loved it all! everything is made to house and it is cooked and baked to perfection. I never knew that chickens could be so juicy and good! btw, the staff was super friendly and nice!
NO NO NO!! I honestly do not understand the 5 star ratings. I love food. Have been a foodie all my life.First of all it wasn’t busy when we arrived. The waitress finally arrived at our table 20 minutes after we got there. The food is just so so. Certainly not worth the price for its small portions. The chicken was extremely small. The chicken soup was good, however, it was more like barley soup as there was only 2 small pieces of chicken bits in it. The broccoli is hard, flavorless and needed some help. The mash potatoes was instant potatoes. Trust me. I know the difference between real and fake potatoes. We asked for salt and pepper, got it, and immediately it was shuffled to another table. Obviously they don’t have enough salt and pepper shakers to go around. There’s so much more, instead the bottom line is that you can get better chicken dishes elsewhere, dare I say, Popeyes and Kentucky fried chicken is better tasting and nowhere near as expensive as Flybird. Also, eating at a restaurant offers far better tasting meals than what our group had here. Our group says Flybird is “a one and done” place. I totally agree with them.
