Papa Johns Pizza - Deltona

Tried the papadios and they were excellent. We tried the Italian, grilled chicken and Philly cheese steak. Yummy.

I made a mistake in online ordering, called the store and her where they help and all sort it out. Food came fast and hot. Happy customer.

The reason I give this a 5 star is because the manager Darren is amazing! I opened my pizza boxes to see that I had received 2 very small thin crust pizza and they were gluten-free, which I would never order in a million years. I called to ask, and he informed me that the online order said. What it did! I apologized and it was a mistake in the end. He went ABOVE and BEYOND! He said he had two of the same pizzas delivered to me with hand-seated crust! Best customer service ever! He didn't have to offer it! Thank you.

OMG the pizza was on point and super delicious. Thank you for amazing work and great time delivery. Plus don't forget app experience works super and like pizza trackers.

I ordered two large pizzas. One with mushrooms and black olives. The other was extra cheese and pepperoni. Received our order. The extra cheese pizza had no extra cheese or pepperoni. The pizza tastes like cardboard. I called the store to speak to manager. I told Derrick that I never wanted to order from Papa John's ever again and to refund me only for the one pizza. He said he could not. He did leave me with a credit for the future. Everytime i order from Papa John's something always goes wrong and i never enjoy their food. Food sucks. I only ordered from them because my husband wanted his pizza from there. I fir myself will never order from Papa John's again. Always have bad experience with them.
