Feedback gevenAbsolutely the worst Dunkin' run by HRG. They were going to stay open during the remodel and the day they changed their mind, they accepted online orders to a closed store. It took over 14 days to get my $3 refund. Since reopening, every experience has been terrible. On one occasion I watched an employee make fun of a customer who'd just had a bad experience! My last mobile order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The slip was printed and waiting but they made all the new orders before starting on mine, and I was late to work. HRG used to respond to customer complaints but I guess they're getting too many now to respond.
My drink was missing the foreshots of raspberry. I only got lemonade. It was supposed to be a raspberry lemonade refresher.
