11:45 am and doors were locked. Sign on door said mobile orders welcome. Tried to order via AW app and GrubHub and neither worked. Had I not been on a motorcycle, I would have gladly come through the drive through, but as you can imagine, drive throughs and motorcycles don't mix very well.

Just don't. This place is a HEALTH HAZARD. Will be contacting corporate for a full refund. Also contacting the local health department requesting an investigation. Food workers not wearing marks or gloves. Serving old dried up food. Food poisoning guaranteed.

Do not go here stay as far away as possible this location is a black eye to the a&w name. Our food was a Completely a mess 1st the wrapper on my burger was ripped in more the one place as Well as saturated in grease the burger was a total mess a monkey could do better I'm sure the fries must have been made over an hour ago they were absolutely disgusting nasty nasty my dog won't even eat them and as for the root beer float no ice cream at all I mean maybe a half scoop, if that. the pop was flat and warm how do you get warm root beer when it's supposed to be ROOT BEER FLOAT AND On top of it all we had nobody ahead of us yet we waited 12 min from the time we placed the order this place is an embarrassment to the A&W NAME THEY NEED TO FIX THIS HOWEVER I THINK IT MUCH TO LATE WE WILL NEVER EVER NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND THAT'S A CRYING SHAME I hope they right this wrong i'v never had this bad of an experience ever with a fast food establishment and I have had a few whoppers this takes the cake it's a sad day for a&w this place could spell the end for them if not corrected stay away

If one could give negative stars I would. The smell was unbelievably bad in the lobby!!! This is the ONLY place I 've ever seen where it smelled better in the BATHROOMS then in the lobby where they make food and expect people to eat!!! They messed up on are order three times. And even with that in mind the couldn 't get the burger right. The lettuce was underneath everything even the hamburger bun !
