Basil Doc's Pizzeria - Denver

What a fantastic spot! Every dish is made from scratch, so be prepared for a bit of a wait while your meal is being prepared. This location primarily focuses on takeout, but they do have three small tables where you can watch the entire cooking process. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is amazing. The food is full of great flavors, made with organic ingredients, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely return for more; it’s a must-visit!

Wow, where do I even begin? I can't believe I haven't thought to come here and share my thoughts before, but I'm so glad Google pointed me in this direction. In my over two years in the Denver area, very few places compare to Basil Doc's Pizza. The staff is always cheerful and friendly, and I've even seen them change over time, but they consistently deliver excellent service. It's a good idea to call ahead to see if they're busy, but no matter what, the experience is always enjoyable. If you're lucky, you might catch the owner, Mike, juggling a few tasks before he heads out. He's genuinely a nice guy. The food is consistently fantastic, and the variety of ingredients is unmatched. I personally enjoy their shrimp and artichoke pizza topped with feta cheese, just to give you an idea. I highly recommend you visit, treat yourself, whether you walk or drive up, and take some time to relax outside.

The quality of the ingredients truly defines a great pizza, and in my opinion, this place uses the best. I've sampled nearly every pizzeria in Denver, but I always find myself returning to Basil Doc's because of the exceptional quality. It may be slightly more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Really great pizza (and I love pizza! . Its so good, I've only gotten as far as the Large Pepperoni. Really nice folks there too.

Love this place! It's take out only with FRESH ingredients and they'll make anything you crave! We order a few times a month and have always enjoyed the pie.
