I had a fantastic birthday dinner last night! Thank you so much. The food was absolutely delicious—I couldn't get enough of the salsa! The drinks were perfectly mixed as well. Our server was incredibly patient and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the owner for stopping by our table to introduce himself; that gesture made me feel truly special. Thank you again! I can't wait to return!

The Rio brightened my December day! Enjoying their famous margaritas on the patio while soaking in a pleasant 60-degree day felt like a little getaway. The festive lights and welcoming staff made me feel warm even before the tequila did, and the delicious food was the perfect final touch.

It's a pretty good Mexican restaurant. My colleagues and I visit occasionally since it's convenient and speedy. It's an excellent spot for a quick meal with friends or coworkers.

This was the first restaurant I tried in Fort Collins, and I must say, it was exceptional! I will definitely return the next time I'm in town! I ordered the carnitas nachos, and they were amazing!
