Best Indian takeaway around but the guys can’t tell the time when it comes to delivering food or opening the shop. Now 6.20pm and still not open suppose to be open 5.30pm joke shame as the food is the best around

We ordered our food at 18:30, we then had an order confirmation come through 1 minute after stating we would receive our order at 19:20/19:30. We then received a text message at 19:30 confirming the food was on its way. It got to 19:50 and i decided to ring to check where it would be, we was told it'll be a few minutes. At 20:13 we called again and was told it'll be 15 minutes. I then received an email stating the driver couldn't locate our house and my contact number was wrong even though I managed to get text confirmations! (Our house is easily located and the door number is very clear! we then rang again at 20:40 to be told it would be 5 minutes and they were very busy and short of staff. Now on the 4th time of ringing they apologised and said it would be a few minutes and to wait outside or keep checking. We waited a further 20 minutes and called for the 5th time!! The man I then spoke to said a delivery driver had been and waited 15 minutes. I explained our blinds were open and we could clearly see the parking area, one car had pulled up in the time we waited and he didn't step out of his car once so we assumed he wasn't the delivery driver. The man on the phone basically blamed us for there error, he stated he could send the food back out but it would be a further 25 minute wait. Overall a very bad experience!! Would not recommend

Ordered the food over hungry horse at 21.00 and the order got accepted at 21.01. estimated delivery time 21.49. Get a text at 21.49 which states the order is on its way. food did not arrive at my house until 23.00. 1st call to them I'm told very busy the driver is 2 minutes away. 2nd call I get told the driver left 10 minutes ago (which was 30 min after the text saying its on its way) 3rd call telling me the driver got lost on the way delivering to a different address. will be 10 minutes. I really can not recommend this restaurant/ take away purely due to the waiting time and bad planning.

Had a takeaway from here a few times and not been disappointed, always a good selection and plenty of meat in the dishes. Collect to get 15% off

Top notch curry and they deliver to Melbourne. Food was great quality and piping hot. Allow an 40 mins for delivery but it's worth the wait.
