This place is a total joke. I ordered and paid through the app, including one o the newly advertise footlong pretzel. I arrive to pick it up and there 's no pretzel. I could hear someone on the phone in the back. Waited about 10 minutes, saying Hello a few times, before she even came out to check to see if anyone was there. When I asked about the pretzel, she stated they don 't have any. When asked how I can get my money back, she stated I don 't know, you can go on the app and contact customer service, we are privately owned . I get home, finally find a place on the app find where to contact them and put that in. I finally open my buffalo chicken flatbread to find there 's no buffalo sauce. My husband ordered a salad with lettuce and spinach, and there was no spinach. I called the store and spoke with the girl again. She had a terrible attitude, stating they didn 't have any spinach either. Fine, whatever, but you 're telling me out of the 4 items I ordered, only 1 was correct? That 's ridiculous! She never apologized , and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Again she told me to go on the app to get a refund! I have no idea how this place is still open. It used to be decent, with decent service and people who cared, even a little.

Sucks. The one employee they have is great , when you call its. Scam call for a Walmart gift card or retail rebate- no actual subway anything. They are always closed. They don't accept any coupons, they don't carry soup they are constantly out of items. And like I said not there. Says opened but not even a car in the driveway.
We went in to grab a quick sub for our daughter at 20 minutes before they closed. They told us they already closed and refused service.
