Burger King - Derry

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to a staff member named Tony at the counter. He was very kind to me and my son. We ordered breakfast, which arrived quickly and piping hot. Tony even brought my coffee directly to our table. I believe all the employees at the counter could benefit from Tony's exemplary customer service. I'll definitely return just for this experience!

I visited the drive-thru on March 3, 2022, around 9 a.m., and I was thrilled by the service I received. The young woman who took my order was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and genuinely sweet—probably the nicest person I’ve ever encountered at a Burger King drive-thru. I didn't catch her name, but she truly stands out and deserves recognition for her positivity and kindness, especially considering it was late on a weeknight and she must have been tired!

After a long day at work, I stopped by this restaurant for a meal, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff member at the counter was one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered in a fast food place. The service was exceptional, and the food was just as good as I had hoped.
