Wendy's - Derwood

I believe that Wendy's Corporate still needs to learn the distinction between a hamburger and a cheeseburger, but I must say this particular location on 4/18/2024 did an outstanding job managing a hectic lunch rush.

Service here was absolutely terrible. I went inside, tried to get my order, and when the person finally wanted to wait on me, it was like I was inconveniencing him. That's not how you treat customers.

I had to wait an exceptionally long time to receive my food at the drive-thru. Normally, I only have to wait 5 minutes to get dinner at Wendy’s, but this particular location is definitely the slowest in the area.

Always fresh and good. Probably the best fast food burger place out there.

I only go here in the evening and the service has always been top notch.
