Proudfoot Bird - Des Moines

We took the family for my wife’s birthday and received poor service, cold food and one meal was forgotten. My wife and I decided to give them another chance and once again received poor service and food was not hot and subpar at best.

We had a family dinner for my wife's 60th birthday. The staff was attentive, our table was ready and the food and drinks were spaced nicely so we could enjoy conversation along with a delicious meal. Service staff were exceptional.

Proudfoot and Bird never disappoints! The food tonight was outstanding! Even my son loved the charred carrots as an appetizer. Our server, Eric, was so much fun while also very professional. We keep coming back and will continue to do so!

Kara, our main server was warm, friendly yet professional! Bone marrow app was unique delicious-accommodating to gf need for the bread.Presentation excellent colors perfectly plated-good eye to a clean outer plate rim in my book!Taste everything from the mulberry sour cocktail to the flourless chocolate cake and everything in between was a hit out of the park. I 'm partial to lemon parmesan so I would have added that to the veggies that came with the chicken but was not a necessity.Cannot wait to return-thank you for bringing stellar customer service back in style with superb food as well!

Every time we've been to Proudfoot Bird, we've received excellent service and enjoyed fabulous food. Kudos to two of the very best members of the waitstaff, Alyssa and Brad. Thank you for making our last two visits so memorable. We'll be back!
