Chipotle Mexican Grill - Destin

I walked in and felt a bit out of place at first, but that quickly changed. I ended up ordering the thickest burrito filled with the best ingredients I could ask for. The staff made me feel welcome and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my visit.

The staff do not follow proper procedures to ensure safety. They are not wearing gloves or beard covers while preparing food. Additionally, they were out of several items that should have been readily available.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times, and it has consistently failed to have all menu items available. On one occasion, we arrived at 7:30 PM and they were already out of chips for the night, despite having hours left in their service. This has happened several times. We also asked for an apple juice for an adult, which was quite disappointing. Overall, this is the worst Chipotle in the area.

I also ordered Grub Nabe and it was late cold and only 3 bites of food in the bowl. I'm so hungry for $34 dollars I could have gone to McDonald's and get better food and service.

My family of 4 stopped for lunch. Got 4 ten dollar bowls, 4 drinks, chips and salsa. It was 65 dollars. They ask if you want queso on it, sure. 1.60 each. Salsa is 2.30. Had they just told us this is an extra cost, we would of done it but, don 't slam me. Cherse was nasty though. No ice in machine. Store was filthy. I 'll never eat Chipotle again. Gross.
