Best vegan food in detroit, by far. The Wels sandwich was incredible. everything was warm, neatly prepared, and super tasteful.
I had the poboy sandwich with a side of cranked greens and I was surprised how good they were both, well especially the sandwich, because (moy hair essentials) is right on the road. it is nice to have a vegan restaurant right in the neighbourhood
I'm here from another state looking for vegan food. it's not easy, but if you? re not open please be more mindful of ppl time and effort to come to find just a hand note of new hours and they? closed again. take the time to post on google so others don't waste them? re time and gas like me. I don't come back to this . I can cook home, I came for good food and service or that is missing. I hope vegan restaurants are successful, but it will take more effort. that's not the first time I was here, either I gave a second try.
We ordered the catfish, cheeseburger, collard greens, hopping John and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and hot, fresh and seasoned well. Big props to the owner for running the joint solo the whole day (her employee was sick and she was forced to operate the entire space alone), she was poised and gracious and just lovely. Great food, great vibe.
