I order from sushi sunday wasn’t to familiar with the restaurant store, but I purchased my order through there website from Google. The peach glazed lamb chops, the orange chicken dinner and the chicken and steak sushi rolls everything was absolutely wonderful me and my boyfriend at shared our sushi I have to say that the steak sushi roll with the Beijing sauce was the life itself the chicken tempura with the sweet chili sauce was amazing on its on. The lamb chops were so delicious and tender that peach glazed sauce and the rice was it for me my boyfriend had the orange chicken dinner he ate every bit of it in one setting lol. The chef was also our delivery driver he told us that he is working on getting his food truck up and running her was very polite and I’m glad to see this guy operating with such professionalism and man he can absolutely make great food whenever I’m back in Michigan I will be ordering from #sushisunday ?
I had sushi Sunday for the first time and that broccolini chicken and shrimps and grits was fire don’t care to much about pickled ginger or wasabi but that food is for sure on point order through Doordash and will be ordering for me and wife regularly.
All the food was great !!! That orange sauce and that steak sauce omg yo!
Sushi Sunday is by far the best sushi I have ever eaten. It’s fresh, and fast. Would highly recommend anyone! And they deliver, I will order here over and over again.
I don't really like to leave reviews unless they're good reviews; however, I'm going to leave this review because it may be helpful to someone. I'm a bit disappointed with this order. I ordered 2 shrimp tempura rolls that cost me almost $40 (after taxes, service fees, tip etc). It definitely was not worth the money; each roll costs 3 times as much as I would typically pay at my favorite sushi place. I thought if its triple the price it must be really good plus there were good reviews. Somehow, the rolls seemed a bit salty; I don't know how that could happen. The shrimp tempura was unlike any I've ever had; it had tempura shrimp, but it also had different kinds of bell pepper (it didn't have any mayo or crab meat either however I know not all shrimp tempura comes with these items). Also, I didn't get any Wasabi in one of them and the other had a dime size amount (very very little). The rolls had some fried onions and something else on top. Maybe my taste is just simple, but I wouldn't consider this a shrimp tempura. But everyone is different, this may be exactly what someone else is looking for. Im very disappointed. Definitely not worth $40 for 2 rolls.
