Top China One - Detroit

I visited this place for the first time today on a recommendation of a friend. I wasn't disappointed! The taste had a true authentic flavor of the old Chinese restaurants I remember. I tasted b4 I took the pic because I was hungry! I would visit again. It appears to be a family owned business. The only issue I have is the almond chicken w/o almonds and fresh green scallions. Plz be sure to add. Gravy was delicious.

House Special LoMein Sweet n Sour Chicken w/sfr and Almond Boneless Chicken w/ pfr. Always on point everytime. Food is A+

First time visit after the moved from the other side of Woodward. Once hailed as best Chinese food place downtown. Went for dinner late one night. Food was good, well cooked for me (seasame chicken). Will return.

Atmosphere: This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. No place to sit, so take out is a must. No heat and it's freezing inside, so the wait was uncomfortable. Parking is in the rear of the building so I had to walk around the corner. Be safe walking through the alley. Food: I ordered vegetable fried rice, gravy and a bean sprout egg roll. It was pretty good, beside the gravy was a bit sweeter than I prefer. Service: Good, no complaints.. My rating is based on the food and service.
