Went for an event placed in their out lawn area. It can accommodate your close friends and families with a small stage arranged in front. Recommended for small parties and events.

Good atmosphere to conduct a gathering, sea side, not recommended in monsoon season

This will be a nice resort in kannur . Resort is faced in payyambalam beach. Sea view of this resort is feeling increasing the happiness of eyes. But air conditioning of the room is not amazing . But not bad to. I rated its good

Only the location is good because it's next to the beach otherwise the staff is quite rude, no service and rooms are pathetic after switching on the AC for one hour still no cooling. No TV nothing. In fact the cupboard when we tried to open it was almost about to fall on my head was broken. For basic facilities they charge 3k. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Nice beach side property for friends and family gettogether with a party hall attached..especially for engagement,mehandi function etc..
