Today we came from deepvali. andta pradesh and thought we had a good lunch in their restaurant. many employees go not kindly helpful. we ordered suppe first. it was so strong that we could not consume at all. after she complains it returned. in the kitchen and it was again half hot tinted with water much less quantity then we ordered a mutton biryani, which was not so big and a discourse biryani for strictly vegetarian. the wiper biryani cost 239 rupien had six tiny wipers up and nothing down. after returning to the kitchen it was brought up again with few small pieces only. it wasn't worth it at all. the mutton biryani was nothing to talk, but much cheaper than the disc. very disappointing can refund the amount of 240

I am surprised that this restaurant has a rating of 3+ considering the rude and arrogant behavior of the staff. They seem to be cheating and have a terrible attitude. I ordered food worth close to 4000 RS through Swiggy and did not receive one of the items. The order was delayed and arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. They did not answer the phone initially, and when they finally did, they refused to take responsibility for the missing item and told me to contact Swiggy instead. The manager even suggested that I order directly from them next time. It is unclear why they list their number on Swiggy if they are not willing to resolve customer issues or do business with the platform. Their lack of customer support and rude behavior, especially after receiving my food late, is unacceptable. This restaurant in Medavakkam, Chennai is terrible. I advise against ordering from them until they improve their attitude and business practices.

Worst experience. And waste of money. Yesterday I ordered 1 chicken and briyani and mutton briyani. They provided only one small piece of chicken. Briyani quantity also not worth for price.. Cheated. Mutton briyani taste also not good. Please don't cheat people. Provide good quantity...food for the price

Tomuch expensive with low quality....I was shocked to see the bill. even the amount is very less than for how it served. they have to go back to the real touch..it has become bad experience.

When this chain opened they cared for the customer experience. As on date there is a visible SLUMP in overall quality. I visited their TNagar branch yesterday. After ordering, it took the service staff more that 5 mins to get me a bottle of packaged...drinking water. The biryani came after around 7 minutes. The biryani was mostly rice with very little quantity of mutton. They cunningly put a small piece or 2 on the top to fool customers. Apart from me, there were 2 more tables with dissatisfied customers. With so many other non veg south indian outlets, one can surely give this a miss. Its sad how a well established brands commit suicide by not maintaining consistency in quality! We know you have to make profits but do not be miserly!
