I always drive thru,… this morning I ordered bacon egg cheese McGriddle, 2 sausage eggs and cheese McMuffins and a sausage cheese McMuffin and they gave me everything but the sausage cheese McMuffin sandwich, and then when they replaced the sandwich they gave me a sandwich that cost only $3.20 instead of the $4.49 that they charged me when they forgot to give that sandwich to begin with. They also need to scrap the idea of sending to a numbered spot where they will eventually deliver your order to you. My attitude is that if I get in line before someone else does,.. I should get my stuff before they do! Wether you like it or not,.. that’s how I feel!!

Ms Frost really shocked me! We was headed to a tournament , from Columbus. Running a few minutes late, but Ms Frost was on her toes and a delight to watch. she was in control of her staff, everyone was working proficiently, and she did it being very polite to them and FAST! I admire her professionalism and wanted to let it be known, she's an awesome leader! we travel a lot, and don't always experience nice or even people that hate their job. Thank you for brightening my day Ms. Frost! Give her a raise....and her whole staff!!!!!! 5 stars
