Feedback gevenThe menus of the easternmost restaurants are often very interchangeable and so it becomes somewhat boring, especially when the focus is on fish. I was looking for some more courageous, more creative menus (without pampering the bourgeois food) on holiday and met the hotel dunes of the beach. a menu was not visible online, but some found Spe photos convinced, and since it was the sister hotel of the Eastseelounge, I was thrilled to discover. Of course, we did not expect the star kitchen of the East Sea Lounge, but a sophisticated and creative cuisine. I reserved online and our reservation request was confirmed immediately. We arrived at the hotel in time. the location fantastic right by the sea, here was not promised too much. After a short waiting period we were greeted by the friendly and very well maintained restaurant manager. during the waiting period we were able to display the current menus in front of the restaurant. an attractive 4 floor menu for € 45,00 and the current menu with 4 appetizers, 2 soups, 6 main dishes and 3 desserts. that has read all very well. After our vaccination status was found for a worthy one, the lady accompanied us on our reserved table. the dressing room was removed and the chairs were raised directly at the place. We sat there. comfortable and in a very pleasant environment. and waited. personal lack we could not find. but lack of coordination and attention. the menu was served after only 20 minutes. but without the cheaper menu of the day. since we were thirsty, we ordered a bottle of rare mineral water. this was made with a proud € 8,00 0,75 l. in the main house with the star restaurant ostseelounge we only € 6,80 0.75 l. the “fine” difference corresponded to the further course of the evening. our request for an aperitif was asked. I asked about the menu. this was returned. from now on a young Spanish company with insulting charm. my husband chose the alcohol-free recommendation on the menu: martini vibant, Grapefruit, ginger ale € 8.50 very refreshing and good. I chose well-known balls fine beads: 1 rieslingsekt brut, Bassermann jordan € 11,00. the price was quite high. Compared to the motherhouse, the star restaurant Ostseelounge. here we were 2 days in front of the gas and paid € 9,00 0.1 l for this fine wine-sect! cheeky or price for the service staff “Don Juan” assigned to us? he congratulated me for every choice, whether food, whether drunk, for my excellent choice. I have not yet arrived in the old ones to feel flattering over superficial compliments of young men. And if to get in full, they can wear the prescribed mouth protection on the chin, you can also do without it completely. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his vaccination or genetic status. Lack of menu that didn't bother us very much, we decided from the consistently well sorted menu. our wishes were accepted. a little later we had a bread basket with a simple baguette and a dark broth. . how I like to serve sharply and spicy: The dark broth without warning was already brave (or stupid) completely or very coarsely crumbled peppercorns were processed here in the dough. the broth tasted only for pepper and overtoned every other taste and was very marginal. so we served only on the uncomfortable baguette. Surprisingly fast our appetizers were served: for my husband: tatar vom rind, woke, kapern, saiblingskaviar, schalotten € 18,00. Bark tar small, not well cut (possibly grounded) meat. the lighting at the table was not so great, not to convince meat quality or spices. beautifully dressed, but also the companions did not bring joy. my starter selection for Argentine red carnations, cranberries, wild herbs, truffle potato € 18,00 caused only confusion. Argentinian red carnations, folded, wild herbs, truffle potatoes of the Ringelbete are fun when the rings are recognizable. When one cooks this kind, the Ringel is cursed, and the delicate Betearoma. was really stupid that the prayer was cooked. Beautiful flower, but no retaliation. the prayer had still light bites, but the preparation was completely missed. Answer: “That decides about the kitchen”. so warmth: depending on how long it takes to serve. our conclusion to the appetizers remained unaffected by the service. we stopped the tour and ordered a 2019 greyburgundy mosaic from the winery dr. koehler, bechtheim. after champagne the best choice of evening for € 10,00 0.2 l. our main course: filet vom steinbutt, pastinake, kräuterseitling, kartoffeln, red bete jus € 28,00. we made eyes after serving! the main course would have gone smooth as an appetizer. the main course was again served at room temperature. The appetite was annoying. filet vom steinbutt, pastinake, kräuterseitling, kartoffeln, red bete jus no 100 g per serving were sacrificed by stone butter. not only cold, but also dry. it would have been a simple way to serve the Cervicals warm and well roasted. here they were stabbed, cold and hard, not to share with the fish knife. Rubber instead of mushroom. if something of this cold diner was creatiw, then the small carrots that were cooked in red bee juice (to serve them cold.) the thickened bee and cartoffel pureepee also deserves no mention. that was nix, and they always did not greet me. Our pain limit was met. the risk for another well-paid flowering at dessert we saved. with the compliments of our intelligent chipier it had been calmed down to now. It had arrived that we weren't so excited and he probably saw his tip disappeared. with which he should keep himself and the whole team right. the question of a Dessert application we rejected and demanded the invoice. then sat was announced and finally I led “Don Juan” to the money to pay under held drinking. Every cent hurts here. We just wanted to get out! that was really bad at every glance, and even after 2 months my annoying has not settled over this evening. I cannot choose the average in the whole impression. Cleanliness and surroundings just don't make an evening. but learned: never again. and after such a small research, unfortunately after that, we are not so alone with it.
An oasis for stretching. Surely nothing for the little wallet, but every cent is worth it. The view from the balcony to the water at any time of the day is immediately relaxing. There is something in the restaurant for every taste and nutrition. The wellness area not only promises rest, it keeps the promise. All employees are extremely friendly and work in a solution-oriented manner. The service is really impeccable. I'll be back.
Hotel Dünenmeer. Unfortunately, the holiday always ends too fast. But in her wonderful hotel, I felt very hard. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed everything all around. The beautiful, modern room With the gigantic sea view, the service, the food the wines. Just everything! I will give you five stars and recommend you anytime. And I'll be back!
The location is great, unfortunately there is a little lack of information on what is included in the booking. Wi-Fi is NOT going! Apartment is not lovingly furnished. Clean is only done when you hang the shield out. Once you get water in the apartment, then no more. Towels on the floor are not taken. 5 stars in my opinion not deserved. You have to say that the employees are very nice. Children can only go anywhere from 16 years. Also in the pool area. If you go through the entrance with a child, you'll be looked at strangely. All in all a beautiful holiday but certainly not again there for this price. Unfortunately, there are exceptional ones. Sorry.
We're just here for the 4th of 7 days. Last year the hotel has disappointed us, all the nice little things have been saved away, the staff dissatisfied and less professional. This year again champagne for greeting, chocolates and fruits in the room, evening service and a great performance of service and kitchen. If the new hotel director is responsible, congratulations. Only the old firefighters remember that the hotel is 15 years old. We're definitely coming back.
