I forbindelse med vores 3 dags ophold på Hostellerie Le Beffroi i Vaison la Romaine spise vi to aftener på hotellets restaurant. Fra terrassen er der en fantastisk udsigt over byen. Maden er god - det er intet a la Carte kort, men udelukkende "Ugens menu" hvorfra man kan vælge imellem 2 for,- hoved og efterretter. Maden er på Bib Gourmand niveau.
