Chowking Grand Mall Digos City

The experience was average overall. While the food was tasty, there was nothing particularly noteworthy about it. Unfortunately, the carb content was quite high, making it less than ideal for healthy eating choices.

Great spot to relax and watch people passing by since it's located on the corner of Grand. I really enjoy their lauriat!

The ice halo-halo was disappointing. I regret spending our money on it.

The service staff, particularly Ms. J, did not acknowledge the orders of customers in line. She made four mistakes with our order and then insisted on seeing our receipt, as if they don’t keep a copy of it themselves. Overall, the management and crew appeared to be incompetent and indifferent. This establishment could greatly benefit from a thorough review and overhaul by Chowking headquarters.
