Park Avenue Pub - DILLON

Relatively inexpensive place to eat right at the base of Peak 9. Service was great and the bartender was always very attentive. Was not very crowded and had great happy hour specials.

The food was typical pub fare—average but warm and fresh. The highlight, however, was the prompt service; we were seated and served within 5 minutes, while the other restaurants in the area had waits of 45 to 60 minutes. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a warm meal.

Incredible cocktails! The Spinach Artichoke dip was the best I've had in years. Don't forget to ask for the hand-cut tortillas!

I want to emphasize that the five-star rating is solely due to the chef. The service, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. The staff is average at best—not particularly friendly or attentive—and there's definitely room for improvement. We had to wait a bit, but we were rewarded with one of the best spinach artichoke dips I’ve ever had! The chef had run out of regular tortilla chips, so he made his own using flour tortillas. It was nothing short of amazing!
