Through the way back to florida, the gm in the running gear thru, phenomenal customer service really went beyond and beyond. she has a great crew is very polite. give me free nuggets to my husky and a few free frying for our meal. they give this load an increase because they were busy. 20/10 would recommend this location.

The gm was absolutely wonderful. the personal was very personal and energetic. they were friendly enough to our dog a tasty bite and a free frost. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow. slowest service on record. a few went out after waiting too long. there was no regular koks and the sprite, I just threw it out after the attempt. no serviettes and the soda/dia/condiment area was sticky with soda. not my best choice for wendys.

Absolutely terrible!My poor mom was driven from FL to NJ, passing by getting some food. Her English is not very good but she communicated as best as she could.Employees were rude to her and not just that, but served her COLD FOOD. The burger and the fríes were still cold, cheese wasn’t even melted.She made not speak very well English but she’s not stupid enough to paid for something like that.Supervisor came, gave no apology or bother explaining what happened. Of course my mom demanded a refund.Disgusting costumer service!!

The best we can say about this Wendy's is that it didn't make us sick so it gets two stars. Otherwise the place was dirty without the tabletops being cleaned for too long. My chicken sandwich was overcooked, dry and somewhat burned so I returned it for another. The second one was delivered hot and overcooked, dry and somewhat burned. I ate it anyway. The workers were cordial and met our requests. We blame the poor operation of this location on management. They should try sitting down in the dining room and looking around.
