Carl's Jr. - Dixon

I love Carl's Jr steak burrito and their burgers are far better than the rest of the fastfood joints out here.

Very clean. we stopped using the toilet, but they have something to buy to use.

The staff here are... weird? To say the least. Just don't expect much customer service. But the food is high quality for Carl's Jr standards. They will satisfy your Carl's cravings at this location.

Greeted promptly, and it went downhill from there. Ignored at the speaker for 7 minutes, trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and then asked if I ordered something completely different. The senior staff was flippant and really didn't care, and the drive thru attendant looked lost and confused. I'll try again in a few years after a management change... Maybe.

It’s not really that bad since the Staff is nice but they seem to be perpetually “out” of non-fried chicken and they frequently sub the famous star patty in when I order the thick burger later at night. Wouldn’t be a problem if the patties are the same size but they aren’t.
