I recently had a notably disappointing experience at the Starbucks location in DDO, Montreal. During my latest visit, I encountered a significant delay at the drive-thru, where I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes, only to realize that my order had been forgotten. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this specific location. I’ve noticed that the lattes here often taste burnt, a stark contrast to the high-quality beverages I’ve received at other Starbucks locations. I usually look forward to the consistent quality and customer service Starbucks is known for, but this branch consistently falls short of those expectations. It’s disheartening, as I’ve always considered Starbucks a go-to for my coffee needs. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration, as I believe everyone deserves a pleasant experience, especially when it comes to enjoying their favorite coffee.
Workers are really rude, they are impatient #nocustomerservice i asked for caramel all over the drink and well look theres only one strand of hair of caramel go to another starbucks

I’m not entirely sure what’s been happening, but there has been a new team and the old employees are no longer there. It’s been at least a year since I’ve noticed that the drinks are not consistently the same. My blonde flat white does not taste like one. Let alone that Starbucks has its reputation but unfortunately, the drinks at this location is a complete disappointment. And this makes me sad because I absolutely love the team and the effort in their customer service.
