The Blue Bell - Doncaster

Last week, we visited this pub for a meal and were impressed by the generous portions and friendly staff. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely.

I went to this restaurant for my sister's 21st birthday tonight and I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the barmaids. When we arrived, an old man (who seemed to be a regular) was sitting with a woman who worked there and made offensive comments about my dad being an immigrant. The woman working there laughed at the old man's remarks and gave my dad dirty looks. This ruined my sister's birthday celebration, as we were only there for a few drinks and ended up feeling upset. The pub should educate its regulars and employees about showing respect, especially in today's day and age. It is also inappropriate for staff to be drinking while on duty. It is unacceptable that racism is tolerated at this establishment. Despite being confronted about the incident, no one offered an apology. This is absolutely disgraceful.

Went into Hatfield for a few drinks this pub was really nice it was really busy it was a Friday but everyone was friendly

The food at this restaurant is fresh and homemade, with delicious chunky chips and beautifully presented dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a good honest local pub. Staff very friendly as are the people who use it. It is not a pub/restraunt but they have just started selling burger and chips at a very reasonable price. There is a small outside seating area where you can sit with a dog and the staff are happy to provide a bowl of water. If you just want an good pint without being swallowed by diners then this place is recomended.
