5300 Chop House - Doral

Buffet breakfast is extremely limited in demand, the cook for soft eggs and diet were well cooked. Nice guy, but didn't prepare her as I wanted. no pancakes?!? How unAmerican is that?

The food is ready. Ernie was our excellent waiter. Great friendly service. We had a groupon and didn't make the groupon menu. We'd have chosen anyway. Loved the open atmosphere. Back!!!!

If I had known that this restaurant was in the lobby of the hotel when I made my reservation, I would not have made a reservation on the day of the Christmas celebration. they would have got three stars because they had opened up to x-mas, but a star for the very long waiting period for our escape. when they speak Spanish, they will probably enjoy more. No one speaks English very well when we left. No one was a native speaker of English, but they were nice enough. you get your food in the Caribbean

The parking lot is simple and the lobby smells amazing. I didn't know it was a hotel, so remember it's a restaurant inside or more so for the hotel guests. There was no hostess or hostess podium, but we sat quickly from the bartender. The food was simple and delicious. I had the salmon and my friend had the best rib. The vibe was more lounge, but the food was great.

For starters..... the food has always been amazing, this is our second time attending this restaurant and they definitely have customers for life. Duanne is the best bartender/mixologist, his Long Island is to kill for!!!!! His hospitality is out of this world and I will always make my way to see him whenever visiting Miami.... Yunior, who?s another waiter, had EXCELLENT hospitality as well. Hadn?t met him until tonight... but we must say they really worked together and made our experience worth it!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!
