As a long-time aficionado, the Kyoto restaurant has always held a special place in my culinary heart, especially for the unsurpassed quality of its sushi and sashimi. Despite a forced absence of about 1/2 years, my recent return confirmed that Kyoto continues to stand out as a point of reference in the sushi scene in central Mestre, despite a less wide choice compared to the new all-you-can-eat restaurants The difference can be perceived from the first taste: the salmon is authentic, rich in flavor and freshness, a distinctive feature compared to other restaurants. The cut of the sashimi is generous, a real pleasure for lovers of raw fish. Unfortunately, the tuna did not shine in the same way, but Kyoto has other noteworthy surprises in store, such as the use of real raw prawns, of appreciable size and with an authentic flavour, a rarity compared to the norm. The location and the staff remain cornerstones of the Kyoto experience: an environment with a minimalist design and a team that is always welcoming and smiling. This helps create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your meal. Yes, Kyoto prices are slightly higher than the competition, but the exceptional quality of the seafood and the overall experience justify every penny. Kyoto is not just a restaurant, it is a journey into taste that continues to confirm itself as the top choice for sushi lovers in Mestre. Highly recommended!

After the Dolomites tour of Nyomi Tours, the guide recommended it, so we came for lunch the next day, and in a word, it was awesome. In the sub-page, all the food is prepared and served on the spot by the chef, and ordering is done on a tablet with pictures, so it's easy to use, and the staff are all friendly, delicious, and very good. I highly recommend you visit if you come to Venice.
