Starbucks - Doswell

The coffee again was extremely strong, bitter and cold. Tried this place three times will not return.

Unbelievable rude staff. Waited in line for 10 mins before park closed in line that extended out the door. Got inside store and waited another 5 minutes when a staff member came up and told me that the person in front of me would be the last person they were serving and that my young daughter and I had to leave. I explained that we been waiting in line for 15 minutes, my daughter only wanted some hot chocolate after having a disappointing park experience and that could we please be served. The Starbucks employee responded “I don’t care, you need to leave” and basically pushed us out the door. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve seen.

Asked for a pink drink made with heavy cream instead of coconut milk (I’m allergic to coconut), add peach juice, and vanilla sweet cream cold foam… they made my drink all wrong. They added the heavy cream in with the coconut milk, never added peach juice and it tasted awful. They refused to remake my drink. $11 drink gone to waste.

Worst service…close at 5 for Halloween Haunt…I got there before 5 and they wouldn’t let me get in line…said they “closed early”… ?

Inside Kings dominion!!! Please be aware.Got directed here from the highway when looking for Starbucks. Had to reroute somewhere else.
