Lakeshore Inn Marina - Double Springs

I must say first this is a great location however location doesn?t mean a lot when the experience is bad. My wife and myself had breakfast early one morning. We were the only two in the restaurant. It took 30 minutes to bring our food which would have been fine if everything wasn?t cold. We also had dinner and it took forever to get our drinks. Most of our party had to go directly to the bar and order due to the waitress not coming back to our table. We waited 2 hours for our food order and finally cancelled the order being told it would be another 45 minute wait. I understand gratuity being added to a party although it seems in this establishment the waitresses know they will get the tip and the service is just terrible. We literally went to Jacks 5 minutes away and had our order in 3 minutes. Will not be back.

I give gold diggers restaurant 2 stars because the waitress gave us a limited menu and told us that it was due to them being short staffed. Wife got upset and talked to manager and was informed that we had the choice of either menu. Makes me think the waitress is lazy. Then when food came out there was about a table spoon worth of meat on the Philly sandwich. Between that and a catfish poboy with two sweet teas they charges us $47.76. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Maybe 3.5 stars. Food was mostly acceptable. Server was nice and tried hard, but overtaxed. It was convenient and I'd go back if I was really hungry. Also I bet their food would've tasted better if I had 5 or 6 beers. Unfortunately I had none. So, mostly it was salty and greasy. Closing notes: Very good onion rings. Mixed reviews on the Pickle Fries. Don't get the asparagus (should have guessed this).

Great service good food very relaxing and peaceful and don?t forget karaoke on Thursday nights !!!! The hotels rooms are very comfortable and clean ????????

The food was terrible we paid $12 for this small order of wings that were rock hard. I would not reco.end this place to anyone
