Panda Express - Douglasville

I'm highly disappointed in the amount of beef I got with my beef and broccoli. Wouldn't have been bad if I had gotten more than 5 shrimp. . just disappointed basically just got a bunch of sides for 30$

DO NOT EAT HERE! Ran by teenagers that could care less, unsanitary and gross! Found hair in food and they REFUSED to give a refund. Told me to call corporate and gave me the SURVEY number on the back of receipt! Totally disrespectful! The simple fact that I can’t get my money back after spending over $20 is ridiculous. Unless you like hairy food and being played with, don’t eat here!

Wow, have we just entered into the age of burn out or has bad customer service become acceptable? We were driving back from vacation and decided to stop at what is normally a favorite stop. But, this location was a definite exception to the norm. To start their posted hours are until 8:30 PM which we checked before coming to this location. Once we arrived at 8:35 pm (felt like this was a safe time to stop) more than 2/3 of the food was already put up so there we're almost no choices. Then the cashier Jessy acted totally put out that we were there at all and proceed to bang chairs and start mopping. As a Google Navigator I was concerned that the hours needed to be changed so I asked and Isla stated that they close the dining room at 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and they keep it open to 9:30 of Friday and Saturday? So, at 8:35 they already had the bathrooms blocked off, see picture, and they locked the front door. They then proceeded to lock the second door at 8:55 with customers standing outside? We were being mopped around and other customers leaving were even mentioning that they felt like they were being ushered out. We just sat there and watched all of this go down in disbelief as we have had some real doosies already today. I definitely do not recommend visiting this location as they are not meeting the chains expectations and training is badly needed for customer service.

I probably should have known that food wasn’t going to be the best when I arrived at lunch time and only 4 cars were in drive thru. Lo Mein severely undercooked and beef overcooked. Young lady working drive thru window wasn’t the friendliest either. Will not return.

Food is Always Fresh after the fact of them always telling you to pull up and wait 15 minutes for them to bring the food out to your car and you most certainly will have to go in soy sauce if they forgot it
