Feedback gevenStains on the tables throughout the restaurant dust on all the sills and the cushion seating so decided to go back nezt day when it opend to see if it was just a blip but at 11 walked in and it wsa the same as the day before someone mainly the manager needs to take chare e restaurant its sellf is disgusting and every time you order a cheese burger its cold and the fries are just warm no one is cleaning the restaurant at all as far as i can see such a shame my rating is 1 and you only just get that
I wanted to buy a meal, I approached the counter as there was two members of staff at the till. I was directed to use the electronic order board. I ordered a meal which I assumed included a drink. My meal was put on the counter, I asked for a cup for my drink. The male server stared you didn't order a drink, I had difficulty using the ordering system. I was surprised by his curtness and the lack of query: would you like a drink? I merely got a blank look and felt that I was taking up his Time. Most surprisingly I believe the manager was present loading the drinks dispensers a few feet away. Very poor customer experience
Waited about 10 mins for a double cheese burger, it arrived luke warm at best. The dining area was an absolute bomb site, the bins were over flowing and rubbish over most of the tables. Should've gone else where.
Ordered a takeaway was very disappointed when the food turned up as the receipt on the bag was ours but the food was not called restaurant they told me happy to recook food and resend but I had to go through just eat who fobbed me off several chat bots later was told that’s not something they do starving and £25 out of pocket requested refund will take a week can’t understand the problem as restaurant was aware there had been a mix up but just couldn’t be bothered to fix the problem
If you like burger king, then this is the place to stop if you are in Dover. Kind friendly staff. The food was as I expected.
