Feedback gevenVery poor service. Staff lack any interest in making your visit a pleasurable experience in what is a ‘treat’ choice of restaurant. Food we received was ok but very small portions of ice cream on the waffles so very dry to eat. Drinks ordered were wrong and they didn’t bring cake we’d ordered (no idea if we’d actually paid for it as no receipt offered or given . Not been for a while, obviously a change of staff/management since our last visit. Probably won’t be returning.
We both had waffles and they came cold and tasted stale. Not freshly cooked there and then for sure. Also the cashier behaved really irrationally regarding my blue light card (BLC). I gave my Husband my BLC and my driver’s licence as I have been asked for it by the cashier in there before. I mean who has to give their driver’s license to order a waffle?! Anyway I did without prompting from her due to my previous experiences there. Despite this, she would not put the order through with my husband. She literally made him call me up and I had to pay for it! I even told her it was the same ****** bank account as we’re married and she still made me put the transaction through. No need for it. Completely unnecessary and really pissed me off.
Must have been the ompalumpas who stole my chocolate bec when I revived my desert there was no chocolate there. I didn’t realise there was a chocolate shortage
We thought we would pop here for a treat for my children. I wish I hadn't.... I ordered the smores desert... it was very dry, very lacking in chocolate! I asked if I could have more chocolate, but i was told I couldn't as that's the recipe... They couldn't give a monkies. such poor customer service. Wish I hadn't paid because £10 for that desert and the service is shocking. Won't be reccomending kaspas to anyone in the near future
Ice cream melted. Drinks didn’t come until 2 when I only ordered coffee and coke. Staff walked to away filling there water bottles instead of making my coffee and coke
