Feedback gevenWhen my daughter and I visited this restaurant in April, it was more than half empty compared to our previous visits. The menu offered 2 or 3 course lunches, which was more than we wanted for lunch. We opted for a starter, a dessert, and 3 coffees. The starters, priced at 8 €, were disappointingly small, as was the dessert also priced at 8 €. The portion control and size at this restaurant need to be reconsidered. Our bill had an additional €15 charge due to the fixed 2 or 3 course price system, making the total €35 for a lunch that was not worth the price. It's a shame, as Frau Overends used to be a great place.
We recently had a family dinner with both adults and children at this restaurant. We were seated in a separate area from the main restaurant, which was beautiful. We ordered mosquito, pork belly, gnocchi, and lamb, all of which were delicious. However, the cauliflower with the pork did not taste good. The service was slow even though we were among the first guests when they opened. The children's menu was very limited, and the goujons and potato chips we ordered were overly salty and not edible. The lemon potset was good, but the apple paste was just cream. Overall, the food and service were average for the price, and in my opinion, not worth it.
