In-N-Out Burger - Draper

I came here at Draper, UT location on Oct19th,2022 around 8.30 pm. The food is great. Service is good. Besides, the employee, the lady who works in the kitchen. She is yelling, giggling, talking, screaming SUPER LOUD. I have been for a whole 30 mins. I could only hear her voice and the other man ALL THE TIME!!!!! And this annoyed customers who are in dining room so much. Please respect others we all want to come have a great time, not listening to your inappropriate behaviors from the kitchen. Be professional! And I hope that the management brings this issue out to these guys. Thank you

It?s the exact same as in Southern California. That?s one of the benefits of having a simple menu: it?s easier to scale up! The line at the drive-thru was long but moved somewhat quickly (they?re efficient at getting orders. the burgers were top-notch although their fries should be reworked to be more like Five Guys.

Don't really eat at this chain but I have to say the speed and service was superb! We were intimidated by the long wait lines in the drive through but noticed they were constantly moving so we took the chance to order a big family meal. Hans, who took our order outside was extremely fast and was able to make modifications on our order without any trouble. Shout-out to him! As we pulled up to pay and receive our order, the service we received was also superb. Extremely quick and great customer service. Everything tasted great and the quality of the food was as well. Thank you to the team working there for making our experience wonderful.

I have been hearing how great this place is for years from my West Coast friends. Finally I stopped by while visiting Utah. I'm thinking how great can another fast food burger be...well I was impressed. I have to say this is the best fast food burger to date for me. The service was perfect. Immediate attention with a smile and a big thank you after our order. Alexa and Cameron gave us a X-mas card, nice touch! Not something you see from other fast food chains. They only serve hamburgers and fries, that's it. I was surprised that there were no chicken sandwiches etc, but who cares, it's the burger that matters and here it does it's job 100%. The fries were great as well. Huge portion, we had more than enough to share one order, and they were really great. The restaurant was super clean. I mean clean, seating area, bathrooms, etc. I would have eaten a fallen fry off the floor. Would I go here again, absolutely. Now I know what my friends were talking about. I'm sold!

This is the best place ever! We came in on a Saturday evening It wasn't crowded. The line inside took 2 minutes. Our server (Aiden) was really nice, he knew what he was doing. We went to our table. It was very clean. It took about 10 minutes. I chomped down my plate. The fries were great! The drink dispenser was touchless and very clean. For a hamburger place its awesome! Very cheap too.
