Mcdonald's - Draper

Very grumpy people, did not seem happy, not a good experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received at McDonald’s. Manager was mocking the customers in Spanish. The whole crew were speaking in Spanish gossiping, and laughing while there was a whole line of customers waiting. Would not recommend at all. The manager with the long dark hair, long nails who wears glasses and speaks Spanish really loud so the whole world can hear it should be fired. Overall 1/10 experience. Do not recommend at all.

Well I walked in ordered at the kiosk. Nobody welcomed me, nobody said can I help you. The crew was working diligently, but bad form for them not to have a good customer service.

If you want to get yelled at the drive thru window while a supervisor is there not doing anything... I'll drive farther to get treated better.

My favorite McDonald's. The customer service is always terrific and the food is hot and very good!! Thanks to the staff there!!
