Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I love papa Murphy’s Pizza . It’s clean and you bake it ?

I ordered my pizza hours in advance online to pick up at 4:15. I arrived at 4:30 and they couldn’t find my order. They finally started it and it took an additional 15 min to make two pizzas. Slow service, somewhat incompetent employees. I’m not really planning to go back to this Pappa Murphy. This better be a REALLY good pizza when I get home.

I’ve had half vegan cheese (gf needs it for lactose reasons), half regular here before. Jjust interrupted while ordering from the other worker that “oh we can’t do half because of the system”…if you have hands you can do half anything, get it fixed or just replace these robots with robots.

Disappointed in my son’s Mini Murph this evening; I understand it’s supposed to be “mini,” but usually a 7 inch personal pizza fills the baking tray. See picture attached for what we received tonight, definitely not worth the cost.

Not gonna lie, I 'm REALLY disappointed with this place. I ordered three pizzas, 2 CYO 's and a NY Cheese. First two were fine, no issues. But I asked for the cheese to be really lite on the sauce. Like, REALLY lite, and the person (wasn 't paying attention if it was a guy or girl) slathered it on there. I got to my car, looked at the pizza, and just thought that it was too much sauce, so I thought maybe I didn 't make it clear. So I went back in and asked if I had specified that I wanted LITE sauce, and I showed them the pizza, and they said Oh yeah, we didn 't put a lot on there. I 'm now in my car, writing this review before I leave. I usually love Papa Murphy 's but this location generally just... sucks. I 'm wondering if I 've got to either go to MODS, Papa John 's, or just some other pizza joint where they actually listen to what a person is saying.
