Mcdonald's - Drummondville

It takes a long time to get served. When you ask for extra condiments it is not in the center of the shepherd and the cleaning of the place leaves you perplexed.

Bread racket 10-1 on the ground, room post, glass backup on the ground, no smile or pleasure. It erases the orders to make good times but it takes 5 min when there are 4 in the room.Ask for an extra sauce I don't have it.. waste meat

I did order on the self service machine, the printer was broken, the cashier said it is ok, they have received my order. Then I was waiting for about 15 minutes, I can see the lady in the kitchen just touching here and there, I have to ask the cashier to check my order, he went to the kitchen to tell the lady to make it. Then I saw the lady using her bare hands to grab food from the tray, she didn’t wash her hands, no gloves either. The chicken burger was over cooked, dry and not hot. The sitting area, was a little dirty, wet in front of pop machine. It is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been.

Very good service. Will come back with its ideal location in the Walmart

With my order there were no napkins, straw and I got the wrong order (not the right sandwich)... When you notice it because you're eating in the car and you're on the highway... We don't come back for That...Really look at your orders please!!?
